Shout Out to Pop City!
Thanks to Jennifer Baron from Pop City for mentioning our progress! It's exciting indeed for both Barb and I to receive a little needed exposure. Construction is set to start October 16th, if everything goes according to plans. Also, I wanted to let everyone know that Barb, who is obviously Co-Owner with me is from Miami, Florida :) ( I just so happen to mostly take care of this aspect of the business (talking/writing), she on the other hand is excellent with numbers and teaching me to use that part of my brain) .....On a different subject, we'll be getting a few different coffees this week from our roaster that we'll be cupping, we're especially excited about the Kenya Wahenya Estate Limited AA, Nairobi Coffee Exchange Auction Lot #1565, Utz Kapeh Certified ( Utz Kapeh is a worldwide certification program that sets standards for the responsible production and sourcing of coffee). We certainly can't wait to offer all of the great coffees that 49th Parallel Coffee Roasters are offering for all of you (us) coffee people to enjoy them!!
Lastly, I'd like to throw another Shout Out to our concrete man, who'll be giving our space beautiful acid-stained concrete floors as well as Elizabeth, from Insight Design for putting our posters together that will hopefully be hanging in the windows this weekend. Please do check 'em out.
S.A. Construction, Inc. is an excellent team! They provide quality work and are so professional! I highly recommend them for all phases of concrete. You are very fortunate to have them doing your concrete work. You will be amazed at the results!
